“Your new Never Summer Snowboard is covered under warranty to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of three (3) years* from the original date of purchase.** If Never Summer Industries Inc. determines, in its sole discretion, that your Never Summer Snowboard is defective, then Never Summer Industries, Inc. shall, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace your Never Summer Snowboard without charge to you. All replacements are subject to availability. Never Summer Industries, Inc will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurring as a result of loss of use to your Never Summer Snowboard.”

* 1 year limited warranty on PANDORA-R, CIRCUIT-R and EVO-R GROM 142
** The receipt acts as a proof of the date of purchase.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM ?

If you have a defect of which you think it is covered by the 3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY as stated above
(so not after a collision with rocks/ steel objects/…) you can:

1. Contact the dealer where you purchased the board, let him examine the board and make the claim.
2. Send an e-mail to info@neversummer.nl, with a scan of your original receipt,
   a photo of the defect and the story about how the board became defective.
